Personality Profile
The Personality Profile is aimed at all the students of the HTW Chur. It is a personality analysis relevant to the academic and professional environment. The personality profile offers the opportunity to get to know yourself better and to improve dealing with your own personality, as well as accurately assessing your talents, motivations and your inner strength. Solutions and necessary steps towards implementation will be developed in individual coaching sessions as part of the profiling process.
The analysis will cover the following points:
- Individual personality (introverted/extroverted, thinking/feeling)
- Identifying personal strengths and weaknesses
- Optimal team work/atmosphere
- Professional positioning in a business
- Professional environment in regard to team situations and team size
The analysis proceeds as follows:
- Click here on START. The browser opens a new window on the Symbolon website.
- On the Symbolon website, click "Start" again and begin with the registration.
- Complete the online analysis (takes about 10 minutes). Go through the questions and don’t forget to confirm the "General Terms and Conditions" on the confirmation page. Important: Send an email with the possible dates for a counselling session appointment to pp(at)fh-htwchur.ch. You will receive a confirmation of the appointment for your counselling session via email.
- To prepare for your counselling session, please fill in the supplement sheet.
- The individual counselling sessions take approximately 90 minutes and can be held between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday. Appointments can also be made during lunchtime or outside school hours. Follow-up counselling sessions as and if required.
Costs
Diploma, Bachelor or Master students at the HTW Chur receive a free analysis. On your supplement sheet, please fill in “Course of Study” including study year, for example Tou06 and “Position in the company” as student. Your personality profile will be discussed at an individual coaching session. Please only complete the analysis if you make an appointment for a coaching session afterwards and keep that appointment. Otherwise we will have to bill you for the incurred costs of CHF 100.
